We had the incredible privilege to be invited in a monk school set in a forest in Cambodia nearby Angkor Wat. Through a master monk we were introduced to the humble principles of their lives, the ritual of their only meal a day, and the importance of listening.
We wanted to share this insight… wise words much needed in our turbulent times.
